How do art therapy sessions work?

The sessions can be individual or group sessions, adapted to children, teenagers and adults.

Both options are available: in-person or virtual, depending on each person's needs.

Each meeting lasts approximately 45 minutes.

It includes an opening moment with breathing or meditation, a central space for artistic creation, and a closing reflection.

No prior knowledge or artistic skills are required.

The entire process takes place in a safe and confidential environment.
